Since the advent of Microbiology research, significant efforts have been made to prevent food poisoning by detecting the presence of bad bugs before they reach our dinner tables in contaminated foods or water. However, despite many existing methods and improvements in technology, food poisoning remains a problem and causes hundreds of thousands of cases worldwide.

Kim Laboratories has developed the NoroCheck™ system, which provides a solution to current problems in detection technology. It is a rapid, cost effective, easy to use, and reliable testing system for food processing/manufacturing companies, food distributors, and government organizations. The current market has not seen any solution as versatile or effective against food poisoning as the NoroCheck™ system.

Kim Laboratories will continue to introduce detection products through its innovative and market-oriented R&D efforts. For instance, we will introduce the world's first complete norovirus detection system in the near future. The impact on food detection and human diagnostic testing for norovirus will be felt at a fundamental level in many industry sectors. With an eye on advancements in technology and solutions to market needs, we plan to diversify our technology applications to other major areas, such as medical diagnostics and homeland security.

Kim Laboratories will continue to strive to be a leader in the detection industry. It will be exciting to see how we will change and redefine current detection and diagnostic technologies in the future. At the same time, we will do our best to maximize the return to our shareholders and become a responsible company that serves the public health and human well-being.
