  3. Shipping address (we can not ship to a P.O. Box)

Shipping Information:

Domestic shipments: A $35 shipping and handling charge will be added to your purchase.

International shipments: All shipping rates are subject to change. Please fill out quotation form for current shipping and custom charges. The customs charges will be added in addition to shipping and handling, where applicable.
